Privacy on this site.

This site is operated by Pico Gears LLC. It explains a custom gears and robotics components offering and lets you send a project inquiry.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, company, and the project information you choose to share, such as the component category, project stage, quantities, timing, and sourcing requirements. We do not ask for drawings or files through this site.

If you use the email option instead, your message goes from your own email account to [email protected], and it is handled the same way.

How we use it

We use your inquiry to understand your project, reply to you, and follow up on the discussion you started. We do not sell or rent your information.

How it reaches us

Inquiries sent through the form are delivered to Pico by email or into our customer relationship system, through service providers that process them on our behalf. The site is hosted on Cloudflare.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The inquiry form may keep an unsent draft in your browser's session storage so that a page reload does not erase what you typed; it is removed when the inquiry is sent or the browser tab is closed.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email [email protected].
